PROVIDENCE, RI; LONDON, UK (July 29, 2019)—Zee Jay Digital and NEON Consulting today announced the formation of the Global Work Management Alliance (GWMA). The partnership was created to meet demand for efficient, effective deployment of technology solutions across marketing organizations worldwide.
“Design and implementation of work management solutions in a global setting can be challenging,” said Eric Rotkow, managing partner of Zee Jay Digital, a U.S.-based marketing transformation company with experience in EMEA, Asia and South America. “Aligning with U.K.-based NEON gives our respective clients a holistic resource to better structure, operate and compete in a digital world.”
The mission of the Global Work Management Alliance is to help global companies and their dispersed teams address the range of issues that assures successful work management implementation.
“Making sure marketers in each location understand the value of the initiative, are fully vested in the project and feel adequately supported is essential,” said Sam Yates, managing partner of NEON, a consultancy with offices in London and New York City, and presence in Portland, Los Angeles, Amsterdam, Dubai and Singapore via its affiliate, Splash Worldwide, a global technology-based creative services firm. “Our firms have been there, done that. Our combined team knows how to keep global initiatives on track.”
Both Yates and Rotkow recognize the need to navigate the tradeoff between autonomy and standardization in global deployments. “Involving representatives from non-headquarters’ locations in the planning process is vital to success,” Yates said. “At the same time, acknowledging and accommodating differences in the way marketers work is key,” Rotkow added.
The GMWA has the teams, methods and perspective to strike the right balance, including:
Workfront’s SVP of business development, Paige P. Erickson, weighed in: “Global customers, large and small, need consulting teams with the unique experience and resources to successfully deploy modern work management solutions for knowledge workers around the world,” she said. “The new alliance between NEON and Zee Jay Digital will help marketing organizations maximize opportunities these leading solutions bring to the table.”
Until now, global companies had limited options when deploying marketing technology to deliver experiences customers (and prospective customers) expect. Yates and Rotkow noted that large consulting firms are cost prohibitive for most organizations; smaller consultancies lack experience on a global scale; and working directly with solution providers in a non-core capacity carries risk.
Global organizations turn to GWMA to help them modernize marketing operations in the digital age. Formed in 2019 by NEON Consulting and Zee Jay Digital, the alliance provides business value through efficient, effective implementation of technology worldwide. With regional presence, proprietary tools and frameworks, and an emphasis on process innovation, GWMA is the preferred partner for CMOs and marketing operations execs across the globe.
